Fire & Flood Damage

Ultima Cleaning are specialists in fire and flood damage cleanup and restoration of the property.

As a local company – a good name is the most valuable thing we can possess, hence we make sure that our customers are treated with care, and the best possible service in this time of distress and difficulty.

We work on behalf of the NFU, the FUW,  Crawfords, Cunningham’s, Davies Group to name a few.

As an ISO 9001 Company who are CHAS accredited, licensed waste carriers, local to West Wales and have a multi skilled workforce we are ideally suited as a single source provider.

We offer a comprehensive service which includes liaison between the insured and their insurance company and loss adjuster. This alleviates the need to contact and engage several different trades and suppliers.

We have a 24 hour call out and aim to be on site within 4 hours of the initial call. Our priority is for occupants to be able to return to their property as soon as possible and for businesses to re-open quickly without losing too much trade.

We can supply replacement fixtures and fittings, re-wire, re-plumb, re-plaster, re-carpet and re-decorate (all work guaranteed and covered by an appropriate contractor’s certificate). Gas fitters are Gas Safe registered, oil fired heating engineers are OFTEC registered, electricians are NIC registered and building contractors are NHBC insured. We arrange for dry cleaning of clothing and storage of salvageable items in our warehousing until they can be taken back to the property following restoration.
